SALES, COupons, Discounts, promotions
We shop online too and know how great it feels to score a discount or promotion! We also know how rotten it feels when you’ve already bought something and then later see a discount or promotion. It’s even worse if the seller won’t give any concession for having bought at the wrong time. So…it feels fairer to keep prices consistent with no sales or coupons. Your order total will be the same whether you purchase on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or some random day in August.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: RETURN FOR ANY REASON
Items ordered between November 1 and December 31 of this year may be returned until January 31 of next year. You may return your undamaged product and packaging for any reason to receive a refund of the purchase price minus original shipping costs. (Return packages should be insured and sent with tracking.)

SHiPPing Damage: 45 day within receipt of package
If you ordered a binder, please check its rings right away to make sure they are not sprung. Sometimes the outside of the binder will look fine, but the rings might not close normally because they were crushed in shipping. Let us know within 45 days so that we can file a shipping claim. Save both the binder and packaging. We’ll ask you for pictures and will typically send you a replacement if it’s within that timeframe. Beyond that, our options are much more limited.
Warranty: 18 month for Quality-Related Issues
We will take care of quality-related issues with a REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, or REFUND (depending on what makes the most sense) including return shipping costs. Please let us know what the issue is and we'll work with you to make it right. (This does not apply to shipping damage or damage resulting from normal wear and tear.)
